I would recommend fresh air... And possibly a visit to a special place where their fashionable white jackets protect you from Yamster :D

Are you on a PC, or a mac? If you're on a PC, you can get away from Yamster by running fdisk. On a mac, I can't help you.

I suggest you tape a piece of paper or cardboard to your monitor to cover up the Yamster.
