Really? Do you do it everyday? Or did you try it once than do one or two exercises every once in a while?

I tried Turbo Jam and used faithfully for 2 months along with diet and exercise and saw ZERO results. I haven't tried Yoga Booty Ballet but to me it doesn't look like something I would enjoy. I used to do Tae Bo a couple of years ago and wasn't into it at the time but thinking about trying it again.

I tried pilates in a class but the classroom was overcrowded with people bumping into each other. I liked the class a lot and it gives you a real good workout, IF you can find one.
