i saved my office XP files from CD to my hard drive...but due to some reason it can't load the Office1.cab which is the required file at the time of installation..so i loaded from another Office XP CD but file loading stopped after 5 sec ..and hanged....as file size same as that on CD....but at the time of installing it shows that office1.cab is corrupt...and installation interrupted.. as i can't load it from net as file size is around 200 MB
Let me tell u both of my CD's are legitimate.. but quite used..so with many scratches and marks its hard to read it.. so tell me about the software or any other way ....

You can return the disks to the manufacturer for replacement if they are legitimate for a small fee in most cases. I have also included a link to a zip and cab repair tool in the link below. Good luck!

WinRar is the software you need to decompress all kind of compressed files, documents or folders.
If you are searching for Winrar you can download it for free here http://j.mp/1sxShJH
