First of all you should understand - there is no love without sex.
Love is sex and sex is love.
You love without sex means you have to search some body else instead of this sexually cold girl. She is unfit and useless to make love without sex. Whatever ask her why she is not interested in sex (Tell her not to play hide and seek game with you). Then decide whether to love her or leave her.
