What would you prefer to drink water from a plastic bottle, glass bottle, or a can. It seems like bottled waters are very popular, does it have anything to do with the container??

After Hurricane Katrina I drank more kinds of water than I could ever imagine! Canned water is gross and just not right! Glass bottle is just too inconvenient to me and too easy to break. Plastic is easy to use and doesn't change the flavor.

Yes, I drink bottled water from plastic bottles. I refill the bottles with water from my home filtered water. I have never heard of water in cans.

It tastes better from a glass bottle but it more light to carry around in a plastic bottle if it's fizzy water it has to be in glass. Often though convenient stores on route to school only have one or two choices in brands.

Tap water tastes nasty, I don't even cook with it if I can help it.

SMART WATER is tops for flat water

LIV is so lucky! If I forget to bring it with me at school it's 1.25 for WATER same price as soda there in 20oz bottles
Vitamin Water for flavor and
Italian water for bubbly water

Water bottles are popular because it has less bacteria in it. Although, once open, you can not pour more water inside the bottle since this will cause a build up bacteria. :x
Honestly, I think that filtered water from a faucet is fine, mainly because a lot of water bottles are reverse osmosis.

Me me me. Because where i live the water comes from very far and is treated with too much chemicals and whenever it is not it is not drinkable. Just take care wich brand you drink. Some cheapish ones might be not credible. Lost of scandals on bottling companies where i live... Some people might invest in water filters (but they must be changed/cleaned regularly). I had one but i forgot to change it once and my family got sick. It takes extra care to maintain these, or not forgett (!!!).
I drink Avra, Loutraki and Apollonio brands. (in Greece)

I do not know why but i prefer to drink from a glass bottle. Canned anything averts me!!!
And plastic sort of "stinks" or makes the liquid "stink" to me personally.

I have heard Glass is the healthiest, Plastic next and
Can the least unless its a 100% steel can.

Plastic and Aluminum break down and get
absorbed by your body, it contributes to alot
of conditions believe it or not. Also remember
our ancestors did not drink "dead" water.
Their water had trace minerals and electrolytes
in it.

I reccommend: Nourishing Traditions: By
Sally Fallon.

Good luck!

I drink water every day...It makes me feel weird if I don't...I drink it out of the faucet and out of a bottle...Our water here is kinda chlorinie tasting so we put it in like a tupper ware container jar thing (sorry im at a loss for terms today) and it tastes so much better out of that...I normally keep a Gatorade squeeze bottle filled to the top in my fridge...The bottles just seem to keep the water more clean , not just purified but like keeps buggies and weird floaty things out....

Erm, where I live you can only get water in plastic bottles, so I go for that! Plus there's a subsidy on the water here that regulates its price, which is equivalent to about 14p or 26cents - seriously!
