ok i was going to try and see what would happen if i only eat when i feel hungry , would i lose weight , i never feel hunger pains because i snack all day , so i wonder if this would work or not , anyone out there do this and lose there weight , let me know

Hunger is a strange thing...

If I'm sitting down working all day hunger strikes often. If I ate every time I felt hungry I'd get fat.

If I'm active though, like working out, and going out, I get hungry less. If I eat when I'm hungry at these times, then I'm okay.

So in short, get your butt out of the house and do something!

I'd have to disagree about eating 3 meals a day. Eating smaller meals but more often is the way to go.

I did it around last year this time. Although, I do have to admit... that it was somewhat ana if you know what I mean. I took it to the extreme and barely ate anything. All I drank was water too. But in three months I lost thirty lbs. and it never came back. But I think that you should do it in a healthier way. I do think that it is a good idea to only eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full (eat slowly), but do not over do it like I did.

You should only eat when your hungry and have only 3 meals a day. Unless you work out.
Breakfast-300 calories
Lunch-200 calories
Dinner- 500 calories. Try eating less bread too. Eat salads and avoid microwave food and trans-fats. Nuts and grains are really good too. Snacks are really fattening unless there fruit or vegitables.

It's actually BAD for you to eat ONLY when your stomache is "talking". This is because, by that point, it is so starved for nutrition and fuel, your body holds on to ALL THE FOOD! This will INCREASE your weight! Try snacking healthy through out the day, and by the time dinner time rolls around, you won't gorge yourself.

doesnt work. slows down metabolism and gives you massive headaches. the way it works is, eat and throw it up by sticking a toothbrush in tthe back of your mouth. then you lose weight
