If God is the source of all things, then it is true when you say "I am God" because that is what you are made of. So, why all the fuss about saying you're God?

I completely agree with this theory. I believe that we are all part of God and together we make up the sum (son) total of God. We are (I am) God.

It is only blasphemy if you believe yourself to be separate from God or all other life. Separation is an illusion of the physical dimension we live in. In reality, we are all connected by and to source energy. (God).

Simply questioning "god" and the church is considered blashemy
years ago if you questioned a religious leader or god or the way of the church you were sent to jail.. After all the catholic church sent Galileo to prison for stating that the sun is the center of our solar system and NOT earth and guess wht 500 years later the catholic church admitted they were wrong; but any case you see what i am getting at?
Punishment for questioning god and religion will happen again if religious right wing peole get their way; just watch

You are closer to god than you know, And you are a fractile of god so you are right!
We are all children of god and he will love us accordingly He's not offended by that he only concerned what's in your heart.
Religon is the one that ties you with false teachings.
God wants you to be happy and free with no worries not stressed over every little thought and worry.
God wants you to enjoy your life, live and love.

Two reasons:
1) It could be considered sin of pride, on of the Seven Deadly Sins.
2) It could be considered creating/honoring a false idol, which is against one of the Ten Commandments.

For that arguement to be valid then there would have been no reason for God to have cast Satan (An angel - now fallen angel) out of heaven for claiming to be God.

As such, by claiming that you would be saying the same thing as Satan.

Actually you are just a creation God made. We are not God, we did not make ourselves. He deserves praise, honor and glory. We cannot be equal to Him. Lucifer tried to say he was god and look what happened to him....eternal damnation. be careful of those words

Religious folk are so touchy and live in so much fear that they even take great care to capitalize the H every time they mention "Him". Since that is so, it is no wonder saying "I am God" gets to them.
