I am not sure, as I'm not from Vancouver, but I used Google Local to try to find out for you. Here is what I found, but you should probably call before you go to see if they really do carry christening dresses. Good Luck!

With its mountain foundation and urban beaches, Vancouver has the rightly gained standing of being one of the very most lovely towns in the world, with hotelbye you could have the chance to see this amazing city. One of the places you will need to see in Vancouver could be the Downtown Vancouver. Downtown Vancouver is wonderfully situated on a peninsula in the Strait of Georgia bounded to the south by the delta of the Fraser River and to the north with a serious fiord reaching much inland. Here you can also start to see the often snow-covered stages of the Coast Mountains. Stanley Park is one of the very most visited parks. Is just a lush Peninsula Park of large woods nearby to Downtown Vancouver. A smooth seawall path encircles the green space, and most guests take some time to examine on foot or by bicycle. Inland, the park offers several things to complete, and readers can invest a full day exploring attractions including the totem poles at Brockton Point to the west shore sea living at the Vancouver Aquarium. Spectacular views are a common through the park.

with a week to go you might be leaving it a bit late, but you can get some nice ones on eBay,and most have only been used once. Also you might be able to ask Friends or relations if they have one tucked away somewhere, I kept my children's and now it is handed down to the grandchildren.
