Wow the Pope living in his own country, have his own army, drives the Pope mobile. Why Jesus walked, he got ihs own food and then shared, unlike nw where they go to remote locations in Africa, and Asia and only give food if you promise to convert. Jesus need to come and take his church back, because humans have made it a business in taking money from belivers. a church priest should not be driving a new car every year, a church priest sole job is to inform the public of jesus, not collect money for his own good doings. All those Televengelist are a disgrace, espicially the one that said he died and met Paul at the Gate and had a conversation with him, and even visited jesus, and after that great story he unleashed the money plates collecting money for "The Church". or those so called holy water on TV, telling you to buy them "Who the hell came up wit that idea to sell Holy Water". Or those that will heal you from back pain, make you see again, help you get in shape as long as you come to ther church and put a 20 on that plate.

You are so right , with this statement. Most of the churches etc have put so much of "man" in the church that it seems there just isn't room for the Jesus of the Bible. Amen to that. We as the Church need to get back to the basics, begin teaching Jesus and the things he taught. Stop arguing on man's doctrine, and focus on Jesus and his words.

Sure why not. You have all the rights to return the Church unless you are banned for some reasons.
Well, there a lot of churches and different sect around, choose one you feel most comfortable and feel most God-inspired.

I some times wonder what Jesus would say if he came back and saw how the Christian Right had turned his Church into a battering ram for the rest of humanity.

It was never your "church"--you wanted to reform Judaism, not splinter it. If you're going to claim ownership now it's going to be a tough road. The moneychangers have taken over the Temple and the whole society, and a whipping won't accomplish anything.

As far as I know, nature still exists. Fancy windows and benches don't mean much to me. Respect and owning a conscience does though. :)
