Be careful, there are some websites that they charge you for registering to this lottery visa.
The service is completely FREE, it is from the US Dept of State. The US government gives out 50000 green cards every year.
On this website you will find all the information you need.
The DV (Diversification Visa) for 2007 is finished so you will have to wait until end of October 2006 or so for the DV in 2008 to register, you register online.

yes i saw some green carts at the super market the other day and they were all free
