I hve been running on a treamill latley as it lessens the impact but I find that for the first 5 minutes even after walking for 2 minutes that I limp when I run and it's my right knee that hurts from the front sometimes it even locks for a quick second. I love running and used to run 6 days a week for at least 6 km and changed to 4 days to see if it makes a difference but it doesn't when my legs are warmer I stop limping and I can't feel it much at all should I just keep going for this reason or should I see someone?
