Avoid stressful situations.Go out in the open, inhale hold your breath for 10 seconds and exhale 5 times.Think of the beautiful things God has created for you,get lost in His creation but don't eat of the apple like Adam did.

*Foot spa

meditation!!!! Get in your room put off the lights , put on some light music( can be Reiki music) and lay flat on your bed, close your eyes and relax. Try this it really works. Trust me

sleep sleep and sleep!! try to spend time with someone with whom you can share verything n open up..ne1..and watch tv..surf the net..and MUSIC!! listen to your favourite music and unwind!!
