Yes of course he can! Some people think that God is only able to work in a very limited way and their God is very small.
My God is huge and he is able to do anything. Just commit your request to him and then wait. He will select someone for you in HIS TIME! Marriage was instituted by the Lord himself and he would want the right person for you after all, anyone who can create the universe could surely manage to find you a suitable partner.
