My inbox keeps saying that I have 8 unread messages but it won't let me open them...what do I do? How do I get rid of it?

try using the subject line to open, if no success, then sender line, still no success, place check in box and try to read from those options if all else fails then try to delete each email individually with a check then delete. fyi if none of these senders are familiar to you or per your request then mark as spam sometimes people will send bugs via email be careful when in doubt throw it out. good luck. :o)

Email is notoriously tricky, particularly html, try if possible to click these emails and put them in a file, try to view them from different locations. Also you can try the back key. If you try to view and are denied, click back and try again.

Emptying email is probably the largest problem people have. You need to understand that everything STORED there drags on the speed there (particularly if you are on a dial up connection without a lot of ram).

Keep a clean machine, they are way faster.

Also remember to right click a stubborn file, open in another window is often an option and sometimes works. If not , open properties, check out when and where.



Save your crap to disk, not hd.

probly spam just delete them all unless there important then i cant help you
