My native is Spanish, yes. And yours is NOT English, as I see in your questions.
I do think it is easier than French, but I doubt it is the easiest in Europe. I can say English and Norwegian are way easier than Spanish. But if you already have problems with English... well. Give it a try.

By the way... you DON'T pronounce EVERY single letter. Not always. A few examples (uppercase letters are the ones with no sound):
Humo
qUeso
gUisante

And not all letters have the same sound value: c, g, h, l, r, and x. They change according to the nearby letters and sometimes simply because.

Spanish is definitely easier because you pronounce every letter in the word. It also has a lot of words that are very, very similar to the english word. Some of their words even come from English. The easiest way to learn is immersion. It's frustrating, but it makes you learn the language because otherwise you can't do anything.

well, for you English would be the easiest language in Europe, but if you want to learn one that you don't already speak (which is what I gather from your question) then as one who speaks spanish fluently and is marrying one who speaks both German and French fluently I can say Yes....spanish is much easier
