This isn't exactly a joke. I'm completely serious. It is illegal to tie a giraffe to a lamp post in Utah. You can look it up, that's the complete truth. I just thought that was hilarious. Why would someone have a giraffe in Utah? Speaking of which. How did that law come about? It is also illegal to kill a whale in Utah.

A blind man walked into a bank with his seeing-eye dog that guided him everywhere. He walked into the center of the bank floor, took the dog by the chain, and started swinging him around his head.
