Ok, i am 26. Just meet this girl and we have been out 3 times...I have come to the conclusion she is not the one for me. Never will be anything more than a friend. I think my biggest problem with her is she has NEVER said thank you for anything...like dinner/movies.
Anyways...had the chance to have sex with her tonight...but we were tight on time and I was like...lets just wait until we have more time. I really made that excuse up...I wanted to have sex with her obviously. She did ask me to promise "not to take her for granted". I said likewise.
Why would I hessitation to have sex with her because I feel like i would be wasting my time?

I suppose the good thing is that you didn't agree to sex.
The bad thing is that you weren't straight with her.
If you're going to have sex with her but are not interested in pursuing a relationship with her, why not just be upfront about it? Let her decide whether she just wants to have a "good time" with you and nothing more.
You'll gain more respect and gain a really good reputation if you're just up front and honest about your intentions. If you want to just have sex, just be straight about it. You needn't try to make it more if that's not your intentions.

Maybe she has BO on a sub-conscious level.
Seriously we as animals are particular about mates, so maybe she is not worthy of you man-gina and you could sense it

U r in enlightened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are going through the first stages of wanting a long term relationship instead of a sex partner. That was nice of you to respect her feeling, but you should stop talking to her if she can't say thanks. Even though we do except you guys to pay for everything, courteous should always be shown.
