I drink A LOT water !! In fact, it's probably the ONLY beverage that I really drink. Especially since it's so hot here. I just would like to know what kind of nutrients your body gets from drinking H20?

Water is water, pure and good enough by itself. Drinking so much of it lets your body stay pure and gets all the unpurities out of you. In bottled water there shouldn't be any nutrients...

There are lots of minerals in water. Where the water comes from dictates how much minerals are in it. We need an average of 2 quarts of water a day. Its the most important thing we need to survive.
