just so you know if you skip your date and dont pay your fine in some states your license is automatically suspended. go to the court and talk to the clerk.

Get ahold of the court, there may be a warrant out for your arrest. Explain what happened and request a new court date.

Obey all traffic laws because there is a warrant out for your arrest and you will go to jail if you get pulled over. It's happened to me. Call, find out how much you owe and mail in a money order that they have to sign for and get a return reciept so that you know they got it.

tI hope you realize that there is bench warrant out for your arrest. It may be an insignificant amount of bail but you have been put into a national database. So if you want to clear it up you have to pay the bail or do the time!

Depended on the state, but you either have a warrant out for your arrest or you have what is called an "order to show cause". What it boiles down to is that you have to get hold of the court your ticket was for and let them know what happened so they can take care of that warrant. dont ignore it. if you get stopped by a police officer before you take care of it you will probably go to jail. The warrant would be for "Failure To Appear" (FTA). Call the court and take care of it.

You now have a warrant for your arrest...go to the courthouse before you are pulled over and arrested...You will get in much more trouble if they bring you in....than if you appear on your own...You may be given another chance to complete traffic school, if you go in on your own...but if they pull you over and arrest you, you'll do 5 days for the failure to appear (in california it's 5 days, it may be more, or less in your state) plus whatever the judge gives you for failure to complete traffic school. Guaranteed.

you should be able to just go to the court house and pay the fine. There will probably be a warrant out for your arrest, but going in and paying it will remove it. They might schedule you a new court date. But if you don't get it paid, when they issue the warrant and if you get stopped, you will go to jail...

go to walk in court in the morning and go before the migistrate and or commisioner and he recalls the warrant if there is one. Then he asks you how you plea not guilty, guilty ,no contest which is guilty with an excuse. Anyways thats about it and then they fine you usually. Thats it.

You may be found in contempt of court. Either way you will probably have to pay a fine. If you are in contempt of court you may face harsher penalties, but will prob be able to avoid any jail time.
