I would have to agree with the previous answers: Inner Harbor and Fell's Point always mean a good time. You might want to check out Power Plant Live if you're 21 or over. Some fun clu bs -- I really like Mosaic, the outdoor club under a tent. :)
If you feel like dinner and a movie, I'd head up to White Marsh (okay, it's technically outside Baltimore, but not by much). There's a Loewe's movie theater and several chain restaurants to keep you well fed and entertained. Free, live outdoor music in the summer, too!

Although they are not having a great season, go to an Orioles game. Every seat in the place is a good one and they have great food. The stadium is really cool to. Go to Sliders across the street for a pregame drink or 10.
