Do you know why Satanists are happy?
1. We know the truth
2. We don't believe in sin, only morally objectionable actions
3. We have a Great, kind, loving god who guides AND protects us
4. If I screw up, I try harder next time to get it right
5. When we die, we go to Hell(which isn't what it's cracked up to be)
6. Satan gives us the chance to develop ourselves as individuals
7. We can love and hate others, who are deserving.
8. We will have more than one friend, even though the world IS against us
9. Satan accepts us for who we are, but wants us to grow up in a positive way
10. We don't give to hoots in Hell what people think of us or our spirituality

And you believe you are among the elite few. That generally will make humans happy. YOu also have a close knit community, which most primates enjoy.
However, I do not believe, as a whole, Christians are any happier than any other group.
I personally find it hard to believe that a God who could create a universe so beautiful, intricate and amazing would limit the access to 'Heaven' for his creations. Makes 'him' sound horribly bitter, cruel and rather egotistical.

I don't agree that Christians are happy - I know too many Christians who are miserable to believe your premise... but I'm happy that your happy.
