Yes if staying clean was a stipulation of bond. You see stuff like this a lot. For example, a stipulation might be to live with your parents or have a curfew.

If wasn't a stipulation then no. At that point, they could 'ask' you but you could refuse based on your 5th amendment. That is why ppl have the right to refuse a dwi test.

If you are court ordered to not have drugs or alcohol in yourt system while out on bond, then yes judge can also court order you to take a drug test and breath test daily. Type of charge does not matter. What he is requiring you to do is follow the law while on bond. This also includes not getting into other trouble while on bond or you go to jail.

Give me a break...No, unless your charge has something to do with drugs...they have no reason to drug test you...Unless of course you are on probation...then by all means you can & will be tested. But for a charge that is not drug related whatsoever...I suppose they COULD drug test you if they got a wild hair, but they have no reason for doing so.

I tihnk the courts can do what they want to. I'm not sure though if its not drug related. Just stay clean and you will have nothing to worry about.

Probably not if you can't be found. Better for you to be someplace safe, like back inside.
