Everyone in a work situation should get the same number of breaks, and for the same time periods.
Why reward smokers with special privileges?

face it, in this day and age you will be lucky to get any simpathy...
smokers r now looked down on cause of health risks. I say bey happy with one break in six hours two in eight, there r laws about how many breaks a worker gets regardless of smoker or not.

usually you are allowed a 15 min break every 2 hours and a meal break after 4 hours. it really depends on the job and the labor laws in your state. at my old job i could smoke whenever, i had to quit due to pregnancy, i save so much money. i still miss cigarettes though.

thats funny. depends on where you work. where i work i can smoke almost anywhere anytime i want. only a couple parts of the building is no smoking. most places dont have smoke breaks. if they do you gotta go outside.
