I donate as much time as I can to community service.
Soup kitchen is way fun, especially meeting all the cool (but sometimes weird) people.
I tried donating blood once, but I was underwieght and scared of needles...
Everyone needs help every once in a while. We should all chip in and help whenever we can.

Donate all kinds of clothing,
volunteered at Girl Scouts for 8 years,
donate food at food drive time,
Take extra soaps and such to homeless shelter,
Can't give money right now, as I have before as money is tight.
Can't give blood as I had cancer.

In the past, I worked for non-profit organizations--human services sector. Now, I am in education and I hope that I am contributing to society by teaching my students how to evaluate ideas, substantiate opinions, weigh evidence, etc. I have volunteered my time to assist student groups; I give clothes and money to charities and/or non-profit organizations; I write to my political representatives about important issues and I vote; and I try to contribute by modeling responsible and civil behavior on a regular basis. Thanks for asking such a positive question :-)

the most rewarding no doubt is donating tI'me, living where i live mostly everyone is well enough off to not have to constantly worry about whether or not there is going to be enough to eat, working or volunteering for non-profit organizations that have a direct connection with the citizens is by far my recommendation, as of now being a student and donating time puts my perspective on the world in focus and im not stuck in a superficial world where i only care about myself

I am unable to donate money or blood, but do donate clothing, food, and volunteer time. I recycle, sign environmental petitions and letters to representatives, and try to keep my grown children out of trouble.

A little of all the above.
But most importantly I strive to be a good person (er...penguin.) in general. Letting a car go a the stop sign, holding doors for strangers and smiling. It's amazing how much more the little things are appreciated and how it helps society as a whole.

Little League (coach and Board member), Parent-Teacher Organization, School Council...
It can be frustrating at times, but making a difference is its own reward, especially when it helps kids.

I have donated many times, but contributing to society is relative to what you can contribute, some are to busy trying to survive themselves.

In a very small way. Occasionally I weed out the flower beds on
my street.
