Judging by the fact many Christians consider Marilyn Manson and I have committed blasphemy (what you Christians consider as blasphemy. It's just perception), will we be going to Hell? Explain and describe.
If you don't believe (or remember) that I have blasphemated, write to me, and I will tell you how I did, and quote myself.
Oh, also, when you condemn me, please remember I am a Satanist and an atheist.
After condemning me, now, will everyone just be happy and stop sending me harrassing emails about the state of my soul? Just damn me to the depths of Hell once and for all, and let it be over with.
By the way, Hell doesn't exist, neither does heaven, nor any form of afterlife. It would also be shamelful to forget mentioning I believe evolution, and that the concept of a deity is a lie, a misleading concept people should grow out of. Like Nietzsche once so brilliantly said, God is dead.
If I go there, at least Marilyn Manson will be, too, and many other bands I love.

Oh, and about being goth... I don't label myself as goth, others do. I used to as well, but time passed, and I grew up. The nickname stayed.

What many people fail to realize is that everyone is entitled to an opinion and a choice of belief systems. If some have said you blasphemed they are judging you by their standards without caring that you have your own. Myself, I've been told I'm going to hell many times and well if it makes them feel better to say it so be it. I don't believe hell exists so I don't let it bother me. As for myself, I don't feel that getting upset over other peoples intolerance and lack of sensitivity is worth letting my blood pressure go up.
Oh and by the way, I'm a fan of Marilyn Manson too and see nothing wrong with his music.

How can you be an atheist (not believing in religion) and be a satanist (worshipping the devil) at the same time? Either youre pretty gifted in some way to do both, or youre just looking to go against the grain like nearly all other goths and teenyboppers following Manson (not that they all are). Many of the most intelligent people I know are fans, but theres a fine line between the trendy goths and the rest of them. And that statement makes me wonder about you.
Anyhoo, Hell is the boogeyman story for grownup christians, I agree. But why trample on people's hopes? You (hopefully) wouldnt let the cat out of the bag about Santa to a five year old, so likewise, let them believe whatever makes their little hearts content.
Well all find out eventualy anyway =)

okay, first of all, you can not be a satanist and an atheist. satan and hell only exist if the opposite god and heaven exist. everything is understood through comparisons, so without one, there wouldnt be the other. Also, you said that there is no hell so it doesnt matter if people think you are going somewhere that you do not believe exists, and if it doesnt then marilyn manson and your other bands will not be there either. that is all.

You cannot go there if you don't believe there is a "there" (hell). You cannot be an atheist and a Satanist. Atheist means not "theist". Satanistism is considered a religion. So technically, you're not an atheist. You're just a Satanist. Which is in some way, just human. Satanism is all about being an egomaniac. Nice guys finish last. This is what every human is born with. Me, me, me. I don't understand why you'd be worried about whether Manson is going to accompany you in hell or not. That's a rather stupid inquiry.

I understand your point...but also I feel your statement is arrogant and ignorant. perhaps you are a satanist...if you are I feel you are a Luciferian and not one of those crazy nail a cat to a tree with a pnuematic gun kinda' demonists who are just rebelling against Catholocism. Luciferianism is a philosophical concept and not a religion, unless you are just misguided.
You read as if you have something to proove, like a gay man just out of the closet-overzealous of his pride and as annoying as a stumppreacher. Please do us all a favor and just read a few times before you go making every Luciferian look like dolts who only care about sex drugs and rock 'n' roll.

well as a fellow atheist I guess I have this much to say to you, maybe if you wouldn't go out of your way to say things like this which to me seems obviously just a ploy to tick off religious people then maybe you should just expect the unwanted attention that you get, I get told all the time as well that I am going to rot in hell and you know what? I take comfort in the fact that when I die the only place I am going is into the ground to feed the maggots and the worms, that and the fact that I have never told anybody that they are going to go to hell

You have bad taste in music, go listen to some Voivod or something.
Also you will go to hell if you reject god and blaspheme, just go out and say it. Yahweh, god, whatever you want to call it is a childish douche that needs to stop toying around and killing the people that worship it.
Also that Nietzsche quote is out of context. Nietzsche used it to explain that it was now impossible for our morals to be guided by a god in the ages of science, not that god is literally dead. He was referring to Europe's increasing godlessness, not killing off Christianity. Just a pet peeve of mine as I loves me some Nietzsche
