Can I delete entire folders in explorer without affecting anything?

I've uninstalled all my Sierra Games, but I still see the folders. Can I delete them without affecting anything else running on my computer? Thanks.

If you used Sierra's un-install to remove them, yes. If you used add/remove, there may be some other footprints left in the dirt.
Most Sierra games just set up a string of folders with demos and other junk in them. If you still have one or more of the shortcuts in your program tree, right click,click properties and see if a valid target is still there. If not, go ahead and delete them.
