I have explored different religions and continue to do so. We also teach our children about different religions so that they can pick a religion or no religion when they are old enough to do so. We keep a copy of many books about religions in the house and read them as well as ask people in that religion.

While in college I was rebellious of my upbringing and disillusioned by the good Christian people who I saw destroy my own teenage years and my father's health; so, I was eager to learn about the variety of religions, philosophies and the lack thereof. For many years I chose simply to be neutral; but a day came that I realized there is no neutrality and I had more than just an upbringing to base my choices on, I had options and in those options I found only one that offered a redeeming Savior for I was a wretch and could not have possibly been worthy of a God - and in that came the most beautiful relationship I have and it is with Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God, with whom I find is far more than what our current systems of organized religions are and has far more to desire for us and of us than what the "church" can - so it is that I claim no religion, but Christianity instead - the Christianity that allows Jesus Christ to be exactly who he says he is in the Bible and I follow his teachings in the New Testament as he fulfilled the Old Testament by his coming, and if ever a church is established that can truly follow what Christ established without giving in to the demands of worldly pleasing, then I would gladly be a part of it; but the church is individual believers who realize that Christ and Christ alone through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit is our only salvation, our only way to the Father, and our only means by which we shall enter into the gates of Heaven. He provided such a simple means and why people had to make it so complicated, I'll never understand.

I did!!! I was a devout Catholic, I being Catholic, and was certain I would die as a Catholic. However, in 2000 I met someone online and we had lots of studies and discussions. Since then, I've ventured more into the Bible, and also into the Qur'an, Bhagavad Gita, Vedas, and Baha'i Holy Writings. I converted to the Baha'i Faith, it was the BESTEST thing I ever did!!!
