I think that it is a recipe for a lifetime of having to spell a name for people. I am assuming that the name is pronounced Rye Lee but spelled Rylee.
Not to be mean but could you imagine all the times a person with that name would get made fun of in elementary school. I could hear it now "Hey bread girl... Hey Rye bread....Ry is bi.!.!"
I think that it CAN be important to figure out how many things that a name rhymes with. Why, because the more it rhymes with the more likely it is that someone will make fun of it.
Secondly do you know what the meaning of Rylee is? What if the name meant "The one who has a life of pain..." Whatever you name your child, the meaning of that name, is what you are calling them. Like if you know someone named Bethany when you address them you are saying "Hey 'House of Poverty' how are you today" A really great example is a guy I knew who's parents name him Lucifer (I am being as serious as a heart attack). He said they liked it because it ment "Bringer of Light" but a name like that is in the same class as the name Judas. Find about the name before you give it to someone.
Don't just call a child something that you think sounds good. Name them something that has a great meaning. Give them something to aspire to.

Riley is a unisex call it extremely is often somewhat extra effective lady. Rylee is the female spelling. i think of it extremely is a eye-catching call for a woman. Rachel is a very call to boot the incontrovertible incontrovertible fact that it sounds very 1970's/1980's. Roxee is a woman's call. Rain Rae Rose Rosey Raina Ruby

This is an honest answer... I am all for "good" creative names, but creative spellings appear illiterate. The poor kid is stuck with the name all his/her life, make it work on many levels (tradition, uniqueness, you like it, etc.). The name sounds very nice, but the spelling - not so good. Look up some traditional spellings of the name.
