No Allah doesn't use a credit card. well in a sense he is a bank.. Nevertheless the reason is because it is a sin to charge one interest and so the banks follow islamic banking laws. Hence islamic banks.

You have laso a lot of Christian..schools...Christian...banks....is it wrong....????God or Allah does not buy anything..so he does not need the credit card...but he can give for free... a lot of good things for humans..He has a bank of good things for everybody...
