I am a pc user and don't know much about Macs. I understand that the MacOS9's came loaded with Outlook Express. How can we access it and set it up. Thanks.

I don't have any problems with my e-mail. We just want to know how to initiate the Outlook Express e-mail program on a Mac OS9

We have a road runner e-mail address and want to use Outlook Express with that address. Any real help here would be greatly appreciated.

OK, Mr. A+. Your answer is the best so far and is very helpful but maybe I should restate my question. I don't know zip about Macs. I want to get to Outlook Express on my friend's Mac and neither of us know how to do that. Where do we start? What do we click on? I don't see anything on the desktop that looks like it will open it up for me. Thanks again.

Depending on what version Outlook Express you have, configuration could vary slightly. I've managed to find a few easy to follow tutorials with image references which I think you'll find useful.

All of those solutions do help you technically... They major factor is... Yo do understand you ought to improve your mail account accurate? you may want to pay in order to attempt this... Y! Mail plus is the service I connect. you could also only receive e-mails on it, no longer reply from outlook.
