top of the fridge
behind the towels
under her dresser
in the car (preferably in with the spare tire) won't work if it gets too hot, though
behind some cans
stuck up under the kitchen sink (probably need 2-sided tape)
on top of the kitchen cabinets
inside a light fixture or lamp shade
behind a rarely opened window shade
behind washer/dryer
under stove
between matresses
inside your pillowcase
behind books on a shelf

best bet is probably to let a friend or neighbor hold on to more than you need for a few days. If she is desperate, she will find them most anyplace.

good luck

oh, one more...

pull out your dresser drawer and stick it behind the drawer

Overdosing is a serious problem and often a cry for help or attention. She is probably very upset about something and needs profession help. But you do need to do something about the pills. No matter where you "hide" them she will find them; so I suggest buying a small safe to put them in. Not one with a key, you can break them, one with a combination lock. And you should realize that once she figures out the pills are no longer something she can access she will try something else like household cleaners or other poisons. You need to keep a close eye on her until you can get her help. If you believe she is a true danger to herself you can contact the police, it is a crime to kill yourself and they can and will help you help her.

Best sotution to things problem is so ask you pharmacist to disprence a smaller amount (for example) instead of picking up a months worth, get only a weeks worth. Most pharmacy are more then willing to work with you in this way. You will still have to deal with hiding that weeks meds, but at least if you gets her hands on them she will do a lot less damage.
Hope this helps.

Maybe you should trying to get a medicine cabinet or case kind of thing where you can put a lock on it. Also, you can go to a prank store and get candy that is in a medicine bottle and put those in your bottle so your sis will take those instead of your real medication.

The way that would help your sister: tel her once more and she is out...then stick to your word. Or force her into treatment. finding different hiding places sounds like game and not 2 adults dealing with addiction and enabling.

You need to get a bag from your bank that locks. They use them for putting money in and keeping it safe for a short time. Sorry to hear about your sister but if you want her to stop this behavior she's going to need professional help.

Try in the sticthing of the sofa. My daughter dropped my glasses in there about 6 months ago, and I have only just found them. Either that or get yourself a mini safe.
Good luck!

when you are a sleep you put them in your bed with you...where ever you go you take them with you...now if you are at home keep them in your purse close to you...no matter what she will find them especially since she is an addict...seek her some help...or you will not have medication and then if she does not get help kick her to the curb...enough is enough...

Do not bother hiding it, you need to lock it up. Get a small safe box, good to store you valuable at the same time.

With all due respect to your feelings of responsibility for your sister, the best thing would be for you to get her into rehab. She needs psychological help, and drug rehab.
