When i had my two 12's installed in my 95 extended cab chevy, they gave me a choice between the Kicker comps or the rockford punch, in the end i chose the kickers because of the name. but i was just wondering if i made the right choice.

rockford used to be really good back in the day. now not so much. but your dealing with the low ends of both companys. i would say go with the kickers. but to be honest it really doesnt matter too much. niether set is going to sound all that great.
and too the guy that said rockford makes the best car audio, he needs to step out of best buy, and listen to some real speakers.

You made the right choice, rockford was good back in the day but not anymore their quality isnt what it used to be. While kicker has only improved good choice.

the Rockfords are better, especially at stage 3.
kicker comps are ok, but they can't touch the SoloBarics.

Rockford is top of the line. Kicker is alright, but they are not as good as the rockfords. Sorry, I think you should have taken the rockfords.

Rockford is like Sony and Bose... they build a good name and and went downhill from there... for the most part, the only reason that they are still in business is their idiot fan base. but you should have listened to both before deciding.

look at who is winning in audio comps around the us its not RF
and its not kicker
but
kicker was ur best bet
