Ancient Greek. Why? I can read it.
I like many languages. They sound colourful, and rich. Unfortunately, words are also used to create more conflicts than are needed.

Russian. Normally, I hate, hate, hate poetry. But for some reason, I don't mind listening to it in Russian - the declension patterns of the nouns and adjectives give it this very rhythmic flow that is rather delightful to listen to.
It also doesn't have any obnoxious nasal sounds like French; it has some gutterals but nowhere nearly as bad as German. Very pleasant overall.

I've always been partial to Latin, but the highly morphic nature of english is nice.
