You must sue them. earlier also an Indian lawyer sued Mcdonalds and a large compensation was awarded to him.

Did you order a hamburger, did you find a finger in the sandwich, was there a bone? Without knowing what happened it is hard to say. You defiantly couldn't sue them for just biting into a sandwich.
EDIT: You probably can't sue for it being uncooked unless you were harmed or got sick. You SHOULD defiantly call the restaurant and complain! Also write or e-mail the headquarters and complain.

if you knew it was uncooked, you should have gone back up there and let them know. You cannot just simply sue if you only took one bite out of it. IF you were stupid enough to eat the whole thing knowing that it was uncooked and you did nothing about it, and you got sick, then that's your fault. I'm sure legally they would have a different opinion, but that's how i see it.

Burger King is better accepted (Jack contained in the field only operates contained in the western usa), yet i do not imagine both you'll overthrow McDonalds. i have traveled the international, and actually each and each and every usa i have been in (Greece, Italy, England, France, Norway, Japan and Mexico) include McDonalds. i have no longer considered a Burger King or a Jack contained in the field in any of those international places.

I'd go back to the restaurant with the "evidence" and see what they'll do. To sue you have to be damaged not just freaked out.
Sometimes the restaurant will give you coupons for a free meal.
