Boxed mashed potato flakes, maybe? I'm sure there's something that lasts longer than that.

Canned foods. Water stored in a glass bottle (plastics will eventually dissolve into the water). Freeze dried astronaut foods.

And contrary to answerer 1 (sorry), honey will "Expire". It is supersaturated with sugar, and given a few humid/dry season transitions, it will eventually turn into a solid block of gross looking brownish sugar.

I actually seen this on a show before and the answer is honey. Even after it goes hard, all you need to do is put it in the microwave for a few seconds and it turns back into liquid form.

I instinctively thought of "fruitcake". I did some "googling" and found
an article about Jay Leno sampling an 125 year old fruitcake. It
would be hard to top that!

Honey it has no experation date, ever. When it get older it kinda gets a film on top but that's easy to get rid of.
