Your opinion please?

Question

I have met this man through a dating site and we email nearly every day for 4 months. Three times he made plans to come up to meet me and three times he has cancelled or postponed the visit. Once on short notice, the other two times on a couple of weeks notice, without really giving a solid explanation. What do you think I should do?

Next time go visit him, and don't take no for an answer. This is the only way you can find out for sure what is going on. He might not be who he say he is or he might be shy.

Sounds like he's either married, has a girlfriend or is just scared. Or got a better offer. If he really wanted to meet with you, he would. I think that answers your question.

I think you need to step back and reexamine how and why you want to see this guy.

Is it worth getting your hopes wrapped up, only to be dashed, again and again, without explanation?

I suggest moving on down your list and letting the guy slip away. If it is meant to be, it will happen.

I think you should be patience with him. My nappy buddy took 3 years to meet her friend who they met through the net and when they finally did, the attraction grew and they are now married.

If he really wants to meet you he would of found the time to do so He might not be what he's portaying himself to be. be careful when meeting someone online the are a lot of weirdos out there

4 months is not long enough to know someone from a dating site. Personally I don't think you should meet up with him, he might be a weirdo or god forbid, a rapist. so be careful, don't let your guards down.

This man is not interested in dating you or anyone else. Continue to e-mail if you enjoy his writing but look elsewhere for a relationship.

3 strikes and your out. I would give up on him. And find some one else.It sounds like he isn't really interested and is just playing you.probably hes married to boot!

do you really like him? if so be straight with him and tell him you would like this relationship to move on to the next level and actually meet and hang out. it sounds as though he isnt that keen to actually meet you though, otherwise he wouldve changed all plans to accommodate you.
