depends
its like a B+
Most top business schools accept 3.5 and higher so you are fine and the avereage at schools like Harvard and Yale undergraduate is 3.8 so you are pretty good
what is the average at your school?
What college/ graduate school are you trying to get into?
how hard do you work?
do you take challenging classes or easy classes?
The most important thing is that you are working as hard as you can and are challenging yourself and that you are doign the best you can do that is what will get you far in life

3.52 is probably okay, for a 4.0 scale. And it does depend on why you're asking - if it's for college admissions, they're going to look at the classes you took, too, and maybe the grades you got in each. One of my best friends had straight As and an F in Algebra, so if she didn't make it up, she wouldn't have met the pre-reqs.

Even in undergrad, on a 4.0 scale again, 3.52 is pretty good, but in graduate school almost everyone has at least a 3.5 (I was in a program where getting a C put you on probation.) My high school GPA wasn't quite up there, but it had AP courses, which were weighted. which also changed the way I was ranked.

So in conclusion, I guess if it's for a specific purpose, go to either your school counselor or discuss with admissions at a college. If it's a general question, nothing wrong with a 3.52.

Depends. If you're with a 6.0 GPA standard, heck no, 3.52 is not okay. If you're with a 5.0, still no.

If you're with the usual 4.0 GPA, it's OK - you're average.

Heres what I did: Take a summer season semester at NYU (all of us can do it), bypass to community college, develop your GPA and then prepare your junior year! Write a tremendous essay and attempt to get a letter from someone from the faculty at NYU you're making use of to.

3.0 and up is what gets all the good stuff (on a 4.0 scale), colleges like those and i forgot what other advantage it has with it, i think you can apply for co - op at my school if you maintain 3.0 or higher

well, I suppose it depends on region and what kind of school you are in. Where I attended high school 3.5 got you on Honor Roll while in College a 3.5 is still really good but not good enough to get on the Dean's list.
