In my country lots of guys have this thought that somehow when they get 30 years they are suddenly old. But many guys are so cute and handsome and stable at 30! Also many women are beautiful after 30. Look at Actresses like demi moore. She is more than 40!
29 is not old. It is just you are now a man and can be very sexy to be a real man instead of a little boy! Also if you stay healthy you can do anything 18 years old boy can do but with more experience!
Don't worry. you are not old!
