Idiots. Sushi is not raw. Sushimi is raw.

Sushi...I eat that once every month over here in Singapore. Sushi is not really considered raw, sashimi is. Sushi you have rice underneath but sashimi...wow that's a delicacy! You have yellowtail, salmon, tuna...especially tuna! Raw tuna are nice! Salmon is very healthy, cause when you cook, you are cooking away the minerals and fats, which are the most important things in salmon! Sushi all the way!

Sushia is delicious.. Japanese special cuisine.
It is very healthy and most do not know is that most of the fishes are not raw but smoked.

Fish in general are very healthy due to the high concentration of monounsaturated fat (good fat). Sushi is not just fish but shrimp, egg, octupus, caviar.

I like my California roll with salmon roe covering it

i don't like anything with the raw fish on it. but i'd go with eel :)

oh yeah i have to disagree with the person above me, i don't know what kind of "sushi" she been eating that were deep-fried, she probably eaten them at some cheap chinese restaurant and think they're sushi. but anyways, sushi is healthy.

Love it, I took a girl to a sushi bar once and she wouldn't eat it, she kept saying ooooooooooohhhhhhh you don't even know what it is, true I couldn't identify the different types of raw fish I was eating. That night as we were making love and I was teasing her clitoris with my tongue. All I could think about was what she said "oooooooooooohhhhhhh you don't even know what it is." But unlike with the sushi she didn't object to my eating it.

Yumm!! SUSHI!

My favorite kinds are California Roll, one that is like a rice sticky patty thing with a shrimp on top, a casing type thing filled with rice, and a hollowed out casing filled with rice, spicy mayo and a piece of shrimp.

sushi isn't healthy but it's not unhealthy just like deep-fried something.
Salmons are comparatively has high calorie. But it also contains more EPA, DHA than other fish.
Shellfish like scallops are low-calorie and contains more taurines and minerals.
Prawns, especialy "amaebi" are low-calorie, and containing good amount of EPA, DHA, VitaminD and B, taurines, calcium.

love it and live by it. i have been told that there are certian benefits to eating raw fish, such as extra vitamins, but i eat it because i like the flavour and the texture. there is also the fact that it always makes me feel better.

pregnant women are not recommended to eat them. other than that, if the fish is fresh and of the right grade, it is totally fine. my favourites are salmon, tuna, and unagi.
