too many people ask:"what's the question?" when somone just tells his/her opinion. I understand that this site is named "answers", but what he heck... is it more annoying than "what's the question?", "huh?", or "I got 2 points"? If you can tell something intelligent do so, if not what's the purpose of getting points?

You know, I do agree with you, to a degree. But you have to understand that this statement of yours is complicated to understand for the type of people who excel in writing such worthless responses.

The point system is quite strange in itself, I'll have to say. Yahoo! Answers users start to believe the points will get them ahead, get them somewhere. Perhaps somehow it makes them feel oriented, as if they had a goal, and they start feeling pressure, and come here only to add themselves points, not to actually answer. Does it make them feel better?

Soooo, hope this rambling bit meant something to someone... ah, and who cares if it didn't.

That's what you 360 blog is for. Opinions in the form of a question as you described are a violation of Yahoo! Answers and rightly so.
