I've done a general search with the company name, and simply got their yellow pages ad. I've looked in the Better Business Bureau, and they are not a member. Any other ideas?

the better business bureau is mostly right but they have had alot of lawsuits against them by the federal trade commision so you might want to try to find other ways to check them out as well try the ftc.gov u might be able to find something there.
