It`s ok to cry, it really is. Crying is just a release of emotions and it is good for you, yes really! At the time it makes you feel worse, but when the crying stops, you really do feel better. Crying isn`t a sign of weakness, like a lot of people believe. Are you worried that you won`t be able to stop crying when you start? I think that there are people that would miss you very much if you wasn`t around................You have kept it all locked up, it hasn`t helped has it? It hasn`t gone away, so maybe now it is time to find a quiet place, somewhere you feel safe, (where maybe there are people that care about you at hand, at least on the end of a phone) and let yourself feel your emotions.

Whenever I wonder if it was better I hadn’t been born, ask the question to myself "if i knew what the world was like the bad an the good and my life would i still have chosen to live" and I always think yes, I have had really bad times but some great ones too and even the little things like closing my eyes in a car on a sunny day and the trees making the sun come in flashes and feeling the air on my skin, I wouldn’t give that up for any thing you have to keep going for the promise that tomorrow will be better even if just a little better,
Cry as much as you want then binge on you fav foods while listening to your most depressing fav music, 4 me its coldplay, and watch a film and go to a cosy bed you will want to live, ohh and scream into pillows coz u don’t want the police coming round

I'm a real thinker too!!
it can be a bad thing but i think its good to show your emotions some times , i do hide them quite often but its good to tell or show people how you really feel about things sometimes too .
im not a blubbering maniac just a touchy , feely , caring person .
sometimes i do things to stop me thinking like go to sleep or go for a walk etc , i also stress allot , do you ? as i think it is a trate with thinking people ??!!
i do cry when things are sad on t.v. in real life and on films and stuff like that .
if you don't let these feelings out i would fear wed all explode and quite often turns into stress and anger as your not keeping your emotions into check .

Do you know one of the most beautiful things in the world is a man who not only have emotions but can show them and to see a man cry is a wonderful thing, not enough men do that or show their emotions, be proud and embrace the fact that you care.

NO. Keeping it locked in is overbearing, and an over-kill to the spirit. If you got something you need to say then tell some close friends you trust, or a family member. Just don't let it eat at you.

I have been through soooooo much crap in my life. If i didn't cry my head would explode. I think it is better to get it out than to keep it in.
I believe that strong emotions make you ill and if you can express them in some way then that's good. We all go through horrible things.. it is how we cope with it that matters.

Everyone experiences emotions like this sometimes.
We all deal with it differently. Keeling it locked up inside or ignoring it or repressing it is one of the worst things to do.
That means you aren't dealing with it and that later it will reveal itself usually in an unhealthy way that you have no control over.People do all sorts of things to "escape" the reality of feeling certain feeling and a lot of them turn into addictive behaviors.
Save yourself from becoming someone that you cannot control later in life or does not face the reality of why you may feel certain overwhelming emotions. Feeling things and facing, dealing with, understanding what you feel and figuring out how do deal with feeling and manage feelings is part taking personal responsibility for everything you are and you cannot do anything truly fulfilling in life without doing that. And it is apart of being real and not fake. Which is what a lot of society does. Don't be apart of the mainstream. Be different and be real, choose not just to live, but choose to be alive.
When you don't deal with your emotions then it makes you disallunsioned from reality and out of touch with your true identity and this can become a very very lonely and negative place to be.
It usually takes people years and years to understand this concept and many times they have repressed their feeelings for sso long that they lose most of their life to being someone they really aren't....doing things to escape the reality of who they are and how they feel.
Absolutely without a doubt talk to someone. Pray. Talk to someone at a church. Someone you trust in your family.
The best person to talk to would be a counselor.
Coming from someone who knows and has experienced the devestating affects of repressing and keeping many years of feelings locked up inside and then feeling that exact feeling of just wanting to fade from the earth......I made mistakes that did just that because that is all I thought and I never dealt with my feelings....it just became who I was and became my identity.
And I am now starting over the right way and the real way at age 28.
Do whatever it takes to deal with your feelings, who you are, what has happened to you, what you want.....and do whatever it takes to keep it real.

See a Dr. ASAP. Talk to a Psychichiatrist or Psychologist. You may need medications and or talk therapy. Do it b4 you get worse then it takes longer to recover. You may be suffering from Clinical Depression or Bipolar Disorder, also known as Manic Depression. Many people get misdiagnosed as depression then they learn they are bipolar. You may need to see your primary care physician first & have him refer you to a Psychiatrist, this will help your insurance pay for it.

cry. cry until you cant cry anymore. then tell someone how you feel. its almost guaranteed they will reassure you

then find something good in your life, however big or small and focus on it...go out and have fun and just spoil yourself a bit until you feel a bit better

but dont lock it up, cry and share! thats what friends were made for
