It's like playing Monopoly. Rules and guidelines help everything run a lot smoother.

God doesn't necessarily want "religion" but rather 'one body' of those that are born again and have the same beliefs that Jesus Christ did.
Unfortunately this doesn't happen because God is a loving God that He gave man free will choice on this earth, otherwise if He didn't give us free will, He would be a monster. In Him is no darkness at all.
Is God male or female? Neither. God is Spirit...can't see (with our own eyeballs that is) Spirit.

You don't have to have "religion" if you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. "Religion" is that striving that men do to try to reach God. That doesn't mean that you can opt out of being a part of a church because much of what we are commanded to do as believers has to be done within the body of believers--you can't go it alone. We are also told not to "forsake assembling together" with other believers.

God is actually neither male nor female. God is spirit and not a physical being. Mankind is created in the image of God--male and female together, so in some ways God is reflected by both male and female. God is referred to as "Father" and yet he cares for us as a "hen gathering her chicks." Yet God came as a man in Jesus Christ, and Christ is referred to as a "bridegroom" awaiting his "bride" (believers). Because God chooses to use terms like these to describe himself, it seems appropriate to refer to him as "he" even though we know he isn't really a man and is also not a woman in the way we use and understand those terms.

All you have to be is a Christian and share the word of God with others. Dont worry about what the rest of the world is doing. Most religions today are money based and have fallen away from the word of God and has adopted their own doctrins that do not reflect what the bible teaches.

That's a very good question. Personally, I don't think we do have to have a religion to worship the creator/all-that-is. and I believe that God/dess is neither, at the same time, God/dess is male, female, and both.

If Religion means rituals and ceremonies -- then we dont necessarily need religion to be in relationship with the Christian God.

For a brief explanation of the gospel (of salvation through Jesus Christ), see http://www.godsci.org/gs/new/essence.html

God is neither male nor female. God is Spirit.

Cordially,
John

religion now aday has been branded as a group. but the word religion actually from Latin res (ablative re, with regard to) + legere (to gather), so it is like RE-JOIN, be together with God again. so God is not a religion, and he is a host of the relationship of REJOINING.

in our freshly body as human, we have male and female. that is for the purpose of companion ship and procreation as stated on the book of Genesis.

in the heavenly realm, we might have limited wisdom as to fathom weather God is male or female, or if God need to have sexes differences.

Religion is for humans not for God... humans need order and continuity... religion provides both...

God is neither male nor female... God is a god... God can be manifest in any form at any time...
