I was at home and was cleaning a Hot Rod of it's oil and dirt..I pushed the car out of the basement..and start cleaning the floor with a liquid with a broom..Then I heard some one say "Go into the room..so I put down the broom and walked into the room, when I turned left, I heard a sound and found the basement on fire..no one was home!..Who TOLD me to go into the room? Can you please tell me who did this or WHAT did this?

Either and angel or a spirit guide. Also, did you actually 'hear' a voice? Most people who have encounters with angels realize later that it was a telepathy - loud and clear like you and me; only in their mind.
You won't go until it's our time, and until then it was probably an angel.

It was your guardian angel. these things happen more common then you think. Every one has a guardian angel. Read about Silvia Brown, and the Bible. There are allot of thing that talks about the same experiences you went through.
