we have dated off and on the whole time but i can't seem to let go and i hate feeling trapted and like i am the only one that feels this way, even tho he says he still loves me i find it hard to believe.

DO NOT find someone new right away. Let the wound heal and take things one day at a time. Exercise and book reading help. Try solitary activities. Don't be one of those girls who must have a man at all times.
