nah, just a broken promise. Not a good idea, but I don't think that that's blasphemy. I always thought of blasphemy as saying something outright opposed to the religion.

Defination of blasphemy-blas-fay-me'-ah
From G989; vilification (especially against God): - blasphemy, evil speaking, railing.

Don't make promises to God you don't intent to keep. He does't like that.
Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness . Matthew 19:18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

That means not to tell a lie. Jesus died on the cross for your sins, you can at least be honest with Him.

God knew before you promised that you wouldn't keep it. It's not good but just pray about it. I've done that a few times when I was younger.

That's not blasphemy... but it would not be wise to lie to God (or to break a promise to him)...

Cordially,
