well, it already happened so the healthiest thing for you guys is to keep whatever happens in the bedroom...in the bedroom. i've done that before n at the beginning is kind of fun...but after the first argument it gets a little stressful cuz you have to still act professionaly with your sex partner n believe me..sometimes it's just not easy....n also keep in mind who has more power at work...cuz if you guys stop that game whoever is not in power will suffer the most.

Mostly it depends on whether or not you want to have sex again. Either way, discretion is the first rule. Anything you say or email each other at work needs to be thought out beforehand. Don't start professing your undying love on the company email. Mostly keep the relationship OUT of the office. If you can't, you can't, but that's the goal.
As to the next sexual encounter...if you want it, let it happen. If you don't, make it clear.
Have fun!

AAAACCKKKK! !! How do people today get into these predicaments? I see you have two basic choices:
1) Pursue the relationship if you like him/her. After all, you can't go back to holding hands, now, can you?
2) If the episode was a dud, just go back to a professional relationship, in other words, business as usual.

Let's see---if you are not married to the workmate, then I guess the only behavior would be for the guy to pay her. I mean, if she's having sex without being married, then he already knows what she is---the only thing to be discussed is "how much."

In the office assume nothing happened between yourselves.Whatever your feelings hold them back till that time your only the two of you.Office affairs can last for years without anyone raising an eyebrow if only you keep it to yourselves. Therefore if you liked it,carry on.

Continue going on with your life and act just as normal towards the person as you did before you had sex. Dont make anything more of it than you really need to otherwise problems might arise.

Well, having it in the first place wasn't a great idea, but whatever happens you both need to keep it out of the workplace. On company time, you're just coworkers.

You'll have to keep flirting at work with each other and acting like you never saw each other naked. Otherwise, people will start to catch on. Just don't tell anyone what you did and you two have your own "dirty little secret". Have fun smirking to yourself because no one else knows what you just did!! :D

You have got to separate what happened outside of work from your work environment. The both of you need to do your jobs and act professionally. Once it starts to impact how either of you do your job, one of you will probably have to find a new job.
