yes, watermelon is mostly water so it will be good for you.Just stay away from dairy products such as milk, ice cream etc. If your fever is high enough they can sour on your stomach and make you vomit

Sure! Watermelon is mostly water, and it would actually be good for you and help to keep you hydrated while you have a fever.

Also, drink plenty of fluids and rest!

I agree I don't see why not, it will cool you off, and they say drink plenty of fluid. I think watermelon qualifies. Go ahead and eat!

No, I don't think so... watermelon is a cold fruit, and you're not suppose to eat cold stuff when you're sick...
