I was in the hair industry and saw alot of that, the only thing I can tell you is to try Nioxin, you can get it from a professional salon. It is to help your hair grow back, but just when you wash be gentle on the scalp but do massage it often that will get the blood flow back in. But it will naturally come back after time. This just speeds the process up. Goodluck!

Hello Cat _ Khun,
I just had my baby as well he is now 8 months old. During the pregnancy I did not do anything to my hair, no rinses, no perm and to me my hair seemed to be very healthy, the doctor said that this is normal and with my daughter I did not have the same results for some reason ooh I know she took everything away from me so that she could be beautiful not a problem. Here is what I had learned while I was pregnant, that the hair will look and feel thicker and that your hair will be longer while your pregnant, why because there is not any sheadding or any breakage and once the baby is born you will only have a month to beautiful and then here comes the breakage and shedding that did not take place while you where pregnant, Here is a way that might help it won't completely help but it will help out a lot.
Hurry up and still take the prenatal pills and the iron pills that came along in your pregnancy. Once a week deep condition hair use products from organic stemulator the carrot oil creame and the olive oil creame and the hair maynoise and use the a protien treatment like Apoghee then before all this clip your ends because this will help out. Put the creame in your hair every night and don't try and comb ro brush it too much wrap it at night with one of these creames wash it with a galic shampoo and conditioner and put a slik scarf at night and you will be ok. I hope that I have helped you because I did the best that I could.

Nothing you can do about it. Your hair stops its normal shedding while you are pregnant. After baby is born it will play "catch up" so to speak. It seems like your losing a ton of hair (mine seemed that way) but it isnt. Its normal for the human head to shed, on average, 100 hairs a day. I cant remember with my first, but with the second it kicked in when he was about 2-3 months old and lasted for about 3 months.
Your hair will eventually grow back. Mine was around the forehead and now I have all these 2-3 inch long hairs that I have no control over. Darn things stick up all over.

First of all, congratulations on your new baby! Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do about post-partum hair loss. It is normal. Different women loose different amounts of hair. I lost a good bit around my hairline. I dealt with it by cutting bangs and wearing soft, not pulled back 'dos until the shedding stopped and my hair grew back in.

Your hair should grow back. It may not be as thick as it once was, but it will come back. Until then, just eat well, drink lots of water and take supplements. A good multi, Biotin, MSM and Flaxseed oil are all helpful for the health of your hair. So is gentle care. Pamper your hair. Be nice to it. And to yourself.

If you are breast-feeding, consult your doctor before taking any vitamins and supplements.

You MUST!!! continue taking you Pre-Natal Vitamins or some kind of multi-vitamin. Your body is going through soooo many changes that you lose a lot of iron, calcium and other natural producing substance in the body. My hair grew long when I was pregnant and I never lost any b/c I was adamant about taking my vitamins, so this will help along with plenty of sleep, eating healthy, and over all taking care of your body.
Be Blessed!!!

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMwN9 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Honey, I feel your pain. Parts of my teeth and some fillings started coming out. My equilibrium messed up. I get sick on the stinking merry go round at the park! After my third kid...I had to have breast surgery due to a blocked gland. All three of my kids have been a kicker to my body! Use some volumizing shampoo. Hopefully it helps.

When the hormones level off, then so will the hair loss slack up! I lost hair for a long time after my son was born, but I didn't lose it quite so bad with my daughter.
