I am rethinking whether I can make my resume publick at monster.com. Any advice would be appreciated.

You sure can, Neo. If you have no problem with a boss or coworker seeing it, go for it; if, however, your boss doesn't know you're looking, you might want to rethink it. If you're between jobs, the only possibility that might concern you is if you left the job under unpleasant circumstances, the person reviewing your resume may contact the former employer before he/she contact you. Otherwise, no problem. Good for you for asking a logical, intelligent question. Best of luck.

Whats the point if it's private? I put mine public and real companies have looked at it.

Yes you can..It will tell you how on the instructions. You can have it private or public.

I dont konw if they allow thier database to be crawled by search engines. You might have better luck to have your own website (portfolio)
